摘要： AIM:Toobservethechangesofvitreouscavitylengthanddiopterafterscleralencircling(SE)produce.·METHODS:Thisprospectivestudyincluded68eyesof68non-consecutivepatientswithmacula-offretinaldetachmentwhowereoperatedbySEsurgery.Thecornealrefractivepower,ocularaxiallengthanddiopterweremeasuredbykeratometer,A-modeultrasonicmeterandcomputeddioptometer.·RESULTS:Therewasnosignificantdifferenceincornealrefractivepoweramongpreoperativeandpostoperative1,3and6mo(0.57±0.54Datpre-surgery;0.72±0.26Dat1mo;0.71±0.34Dat3mo;0.69±0.31Dat6mo;allP>0.05).Axiallengthswereobviouslylengthened,especiallyinvitreouscavitylength(17.87±3.09mm,19.69±3.12mm,18.97±3.56mm,18.76±3.47mm,18.68±3.42mmatpre-surgery,1wk,1,3and6mopostoperatively,P<0.05)anddiopteralsoincreasedatbeginningandthenrecoveredgradually.After1and3mo,axiallength(vitreouscavitylength)andmyopiaweremoreandinhigherdegreethanbeforesurgery.·CONCLUSION:Thechangeofpostoperativevitreouscavitylengthisthemainfactorthatresultsinthechangesofaxiallengthandthenmakesthechangeofdiopter. （共3页）
