摘要： Mucinousadenocarcinomarepresentsararesubtypeofadenocarcinomaofthelung,whichisfrequentlyinvasiveandhasapoorerprognosis.Ofitswiderangeofimagingappearances,air-spaceconsolidationisthemostfrequentpatternwhilecavitaryformhasonlyrarelybeenreported.Despiteimagingadvancements,thedifferentiationofbenignandmalignantcavitarylunglesionssometimesremainsimperfect.WeproposeTambourinesignoncomputedtomographytoraisethesuspicionofmucinousadenocarcinomainalungcavity,underappropriateclinicalsettings.Thesignindicatesanirregularcavitywithundistortedprominentthickwalledbronchioleswithinthewallanddrapingalongtherebyresemblingthemusicalinstrumenttambourine.Adjacentgroundglassandinternalseptationsmayalsobeseen. （共6页）
