BASIC BISCUITS基础小饼的做法
主料:
BUTTER黄油75GSUGAR糖糖150G
EGG蛋1GRATED ZEST OF LEMON柠檬屑1/2 TSP
FLOUR面粉175GSALT盐PINCH少许
步骤:
1.Preheat the oven.烤箱预热。Cream the butter and sugar together.将黄油和糖混合。Add the egg and lemon zest and work in the flour and salt.将蛋和柠檬屑加入面粉和盐滴碗中。
2.Put spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking tray.将一勺量滴面团置于烤盘上。Bake for 10-12 minutes until pale brown.烤10-12分钟至棕色。
3.Cool on rack.置于架上冷却。
