清蒸东星斑

主料：

东星斑Spotted Garoupa

辅料：

酱油Soya Sauce

葱花Chives

步骤：

1.将东星斑洗好切件后调味。Clean the spotted garoupa andslice into small pieces.

2.在火上蒸5至7分钟。Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.

3.鱼上面淋上烧熟的花生油，最后加上葱和酱油即成。Put the chives, oil and soya sauce on the top of spotted garoupa.
