1.澄面过筛加盐拌匀,慢慢倒入滚烫的开水用筷子拌成棉花状;

2.稍凉后加少许食用油揉成光滑的面团;

3.把面团分成小小的剂子放在手心,搓成两头尖中间大的小粉条;

4.放屉子里烧开水入锅蒸15分钟左右;

5.蒸好取出凉一会放少许食用油拌匀即可分小袋放冰箱保存。想吃的时候拿出来炒就行;蒸好的样子,这样随拿条吃吃也行哦;

6.热锅下油爆香葱;

7.入西瓜皮炒至断生并下少许盐调味盛出备用;

8.下银针粉爆炒并放少许鲍鱼汁吊味;(不能多哦,因为粉跟瓜皮都已有味了)

9.加入海带、胡萝卜丝翻炒最后加入瓜皮条炒匀即可。
