1.土豆3个,胡椒少量

2.土豆消去皮后,洗净,擦干,改刀成细切丝。

8.继续不停的用铲子碾压锅里的土豆丝

9.焙至一面金黄时,翻面再重复以上操作

11.研入少许胡椒粉
小贴士:
土豆丝含有丰富的淀粉,这道菜不需要把粉清洗掉,入锅加热后不停的碾压,土豆丝慢慢变软,一定要慢火加耐心。
